01Expand Sales Force

Issue: Client needed to increase their sales force without increasing office space, while keeping a cohesive feel within their organization.
Solution: We developed a mobile sales force infrastructure for this client that allowed for additional sales people without increased office space. Our solution involved deploying tablets, a voip system and various cloud services including a customized ERP.
Result: Our client was able to add 10 mobile account executives 2 weeks after beginning this project. Our client follow up report showed a reduced cost per sale, a 10% increase in the ability to close sales and a greater sense accountability. In addition the erp help the customer service team improve their overall performance.
02Increase Data Security

Issue: Client needed to increase data security and vulnerability prior to merging multiple databases that were located on several servers both local and cloud.
Solution: We worked with this client to develop security parameters including standard operating procedures, active directories, additional user level security and data encryption.
Result: We were able to provide our client with a system that provides alerts and triggers as to potential threats to their data. This implementation included a firewall and IPS (intruder prevention system).
03Office Relocation & Infrastructure Redesign

Issue: Client was relocating to larger office spaces and knew that their current IT infrastructure was pieced together as they grew with no roadmap for future growth.
Solution: We worked with this client to come up with a short and long term plan. We redesigned their entire infrastructure, harvesting what we could and upgrading where we had to. All with a focus on the future.
Result: We were able to provide our client with a cohesive IT system structure that not only allowed for easy expansion, but also included an integrated VOIP system, infrastructure for an easy mobile workforce deployment, improved data security and a cloud backup system.
04Acquisition Requiring Database Merging and Mapping

Issue: Client was in the process of completing an acquisition of a competitors company. Along with several IT assets there were several extensive databases which were the real acquired value.
Solution: Maintain the use of all databases until we complete a thorough analysis of not only the databases being acquired but also the current databases in use. Once complete, design a new data map and structure.
Result: We were able to provide our client with a single de-duped, merged and highly user friendly database that allowed for integrated reporting as well as the ability to maintain reporting by the company as a whole, pre-acquisition and the acquired company only. After several weeks the entire database was migrated to a cloud based ERP system.
05Server Migration - Cloud - Data Warehousing - SLA

Issue: Client needed to increase efficiency, decrease downtime and provide a way for satellite office workers to effectively access customer/job specific data.
Solution: We worked with this client to move all of their data from an outdated in-house server with minimal security to an industry standard cloud server which offered 99.9% uptime and a user friendly interface.
Result: We were able to provide this client with a cloud based system that offered ease of use, regular cloud backups and an improved workflow which ultimately reflected in their bottom line. Additionally after finalizing the SLA from the cloud provider, moving to the clouds reduced their overhead costs.
06IT Audit - Outsourced Help Desk Integration

Issue: Client operates in an industry that relies heavily on technology. Due to these requirements this client employed an entire IT staff at salaries well above the industry standard.
Solution: We began by doing a complete IT Audit to identify all systems, hardware and technology requirements. Upon the completion of this audit we integrated a full featured 24/7 help desk solution.
Result: We were able to provide our client with a system that allowed for the reduction of a 5 person IT department to 1 fulltime employee. ITMG monitors the helpdesk and provides priorities to each request and additional resources when needed. Due to the cost savings we eventually assisted this company with server upgrades that now allow for remote monitoring and increased reliability.
07Email Server Migration

Issue: Client needed to increase email functionality, deliverability, security, webmail integration and a secure email archive.
Solution: We worked with this client to migrate all of their email accounts and related archives to a full featured cloud based system which offers industry leading security and storage per email address.
Result: We were able to provide our client with an email system that had a significantly lower cost per address then they previously had. In addition they now have synced calendars, push email to mobile devices, auto archiving and a handful of other features that they are currently utilizing to their fullest. This migration has improved workflow and dramatically enhanced communications not only internally but with clients as well.
08Consulting, IT Audit & 5 Year Technology Plan

Issue: Client was in the process of securing a line of credit with limited increases based on a prepared budget.
Solution: We worked with this client to develop a long range IT strategy based upon anticipated growth, industry trends and technology innovations that would provide for expansion with marginal future outlays.
Result: We were able to provide our client with a comprehensive plan detailing their current IT infrastructure, technology solutions and software suggestions. This report provided a 5 year plan complete with budget, cost benefit analysis and training requirements if any. We also provided additional recommendations that improved job management, workflow and customer service.
09ERP Selection and Implementation/Project Management

Issue: Client needed to increase workplace efficiency and communication between all departments while minimizing technology expenditures.
Solution: We worked with this client to learn all aspects of their business to subsequently provide a detailed analysis including costs of scalable ERP's that would work well within their business model.
Result: We were able to provide our client with the information necessary to make an informed decision and select an ERP for their company. Upon selection we were tasked with managing the ERP implementation and leading the data migration from their proprietary ERP databases into one uniform system.
10Ground Up IT Development & Standardized Reporting

Issue: Client experienced tremendous growth within the first 2 years of business with limited staff and technological resources in place.
Solution: We worked with this client to learn all aspects of their business to subsequently provide a detailed plan including costs and system limitations. We also provided reporting services as well as 24/7 support.
Result: We were able to provide our client with all of the tools and support necessary to develop and succeed. In addition to creating workplace efficiencies and standardized processes which lead to an improved bottom line. We also developed a set of standardized reports that have allowed management to make informed decisions during this period of rapid growth.
